A recruiter's opinion on Agile Coach resume metrics
Every guide lands on the same instruction: put numbers on the page. An Agile Coach works surrounded by them, coaching footprints, maturity curves, delivery trends, all of it in plain view for anyone with the tooling open.
The catch: which ones deserve room on the page? Where does each get logged? And is anyone on the panel going to register it?
Through my recruiting years, a long stretch of them screening for Google, the Agile Coaches who got through had one tell: they wrote about teams that visibly changed. Not “facilitated workshops” but “lifted delivery throughput 40% across nine teams.” Your coaching history already tells that story, once you put it in numbers.
Working out which of those numbers actually move a reader, then carving each into a bullet that punches, is what my resume writing service is built on. Below is each figure an Agile Coach resume can honestly carry: what it means, where it tends to hide, and the exact wording that makes it stick.
