Unlimited revisions are, as a general rule, offered only with the “Climb the Ladder” and “Power Move” packages, and are valid for 30 days from the initial delivery date. Each revision is generally completed within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours. They may also apply to other packages only if explicitly specified in writing to the client.

The “Break Into Tech” package includes one round of revision, valid for up to 30 days from the initial delivery date. Revisions are generally completed within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours.

レジュメの初回ドラフトは、通常納期として4営業日以内に納品いたします。エクスプレス納期（「Power Move」パッケージ等で利用可能）は1営業日以内に初回ドラフトを納品します。最終的な修正版や追加コンテンツ（LinkedIn最適化、カバーレター、求人検索スプレッドシート、チャットコーチングアクセスなど）は、初回ドラフト納品後のリビジョン期間中に納品されます。

The initial draft of the resume is delivered within 4 business days under the standard delivery schedule. Express delivery (available notably with the “Power Move” package) provides the initial draft within 1 business day. Final revised versions and add-ons (LinkedIn Optimization, Cover Letter, Job Search Spreadsheet, Chat Coaching Access) are delivered after the initial draft, during the revision period.

本サービスは、推奨アクションのチェックリストおよびLinkedIn用カスタムコンテンツ（職務内容、プロフィールサマリー）を含む文書の提供を含みます。内容の適用はクライアントの責任において行われ、ログイン情報の提出は不要かつ不要請です。

This service includes the delivery of a written document containing a checklist of recommended actions and customized LinkedIn content (job descriptions and profile summary). Application of the content is the client’s responsibility. No login credentials are required or collected.

カバーレター作成サービスは、クライアントの指定に基づき、特定の求人または職種に対応した文書1通の提供をもって構成されます。本サービスには修正対応は含まれません。追加のバージョンまたは別内容のカバーレターは、別契約にて購入いただく必要があります。

The Cover Letter service consists of the delivery of a single written document, prepared either for a specific job opening or for a general job type as designated by the client. The service does not include any revisions. Additional versions or variations of the cover letter must be purchased under a separate agreement.

求人管理スプレッドシートサービスは、Googleスプレッドシートへのダウンロードリンクを記載したPDF文書の提供をもって構成されます。当該シートには、企業情報の管理欄や応募状況を記録する機能等が含まれます。シートの修正対応は本サービスには含まれておりません。

The Job Search Spreadsheet service consists of the delivery of a PDF document containing a link to a downloadable Google Sheet. The spreadsheet includes company tracking fields and job search support functionalities such as an application tracker. Modifications to the spreadsheet are not included in the service.

本サービスは、合意された任意の営業日を起算日として、連続する4週間、WhatsAppを通じたキャリアサポートへのアクセスをクライアントに提供するものです。「営業日」とは、国民の祝日を問わず、月曜日から金曜日を指します。クライアントは、各営業日に1件の質問を文章で送信することができ、当社は各質問に対して24時間以内に、文章または音声メッセージで回答いたします。本サービスには、電話またはビデオ通話による対応は含まれません。未使用の質問権は翌営業日に繰り越すことはできず、失効となります。当社の都合により回答が提供できない営業日が発生した場合は、サービス提供期間に1営業日を追加します。

本サービスの対象は、採用、就職活動、レジュメや書類作成、面接、人事関連事項に限られます。個人的または無関係な質問には対応いたしません。以下の行為が確認された場合、当社は事前の通知なくサービスの提供を中止または終了し、返金を行わない権利を有します：1日あたり複数の質問の送信、ハラスメント、不適切または無関係なメッセージの過剰送信、契約外の業務依頼、または不適切な言動。

This service grants the client access to career support via WhatsApp chat for a period of four (4) consecutive weeks, beginning on any business day mutually agreed upon in writing. “Business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, regardless of national holidays. During the active period, the client may submit one (1) written question per business day. TechieCV will respond to each question within twenty-four (24) hours, in either written or voice note format. Phone or video calls are not included. Unused question days are forfeited and do not carry over. In the event TechieCV is unable to respond within the defined period due to unavailability, one additional day will be added to the service period.

This service covers only topics related to recruiting, job searching, resume and document writing, interviewing, and other human resources matters. TechieCV will not respond to personal or unrelated inquiries. TechieCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: sending multiple questions per day, harassment, excessive off-topic messaging, attempts to solicit services outside the agreed scope, or disrespectful communication.

アフィリエイト報酬はNet-15の支払スケジュールに基づいて支払われます。これは、例えば12月の報酬が翌年の1月15日に生成されることを意味します。ただし、顧客が商品配送日から14日以内に払い戻しを要求した場合、その取引に対する報酬は支払われません。

Affiliate commissions are paid on a Net-15 schedule, meaning, for example, commissions for December will be generated on January 15th. However, no commission will be paid for transactions where the customer has requested a refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

このサービスを利用することにより、お客様はTechieCV株式会社に対し、クラウドストレージプロバイダー、データ処理のためのAIサービスプロバイダー、ユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上を目的としたアナリティクスプロバイダーなど、信頼できる第三者サービスプロバイダーとお客様の個人データを共有する権利を与えます。これらのプロバイダーは契約により、お客様のデータを保護し、指定された目的のみでデータを処理する義務があります。当社は、すべての第三者がGDPRおよびAPPIを含む適用されるデータ保護法規を遵守することを保証します。

By using this service, you give TechieCV the right to share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our services, such as cloud storage providers, AI service providers for data processing, and analytics providers to enhance user experience. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only for the specified purposes. We ensure all third parties comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and APPI.

TechieCV が特定の注文の下で作成したコンテンツは、TechieCV の特定のクライアントに直接販売するための単一の特定用途にのみ提供されます。このコンテンツは厳格に非譲渡であり、改変、複製、再利用、再配布、再梱包、商業利用することはできません。TechieCV 以外の他のいかなる当事者も、そのコンテンツを後続の販売、プロモーション、あるいはいかなる形式の再配布や再梱包に使用すること、または使用させることを固く禁じます。指定されたクライアントへの直接販売を超えてコンテンツを使用する意図がある場合は、事前に TechieCV から書面による承認を得る必要があり、追加の条件が適用される場合があります。

Content created by TechieCV under any designated order is provided for a singular, specific use — that is, direct sale to a singular, identified client of TechieCV. This content is strictly non-transferable and cannot be amended, modified, duplicated, repurposed, redistributed, or repackaged for commercial use. Any other party than TechieCV is expressly prohibited from using, or allowing the use of, the content for any subsequent sales, promotions, or any form of redistribution or repackaging. Any intent to use the content beyond the direct sale to a designated client must receive prior written approval from TechieCV, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

As part of the resume writing service, TechieCV provides a proprietary resume template designed to showcase the client's information in a structured and professionally appealing manner. While this template is offered as part of our resume writing services, TechieCV retains all rights to its proprietary template, and it may not be resold, redistributed, or reused for commercial purposes by any client or third party. TechieCV does not assume responsibility for the design or integration of content into any new or alternative templates not provided by TechieCV. Clients opting to use their own or third-party templates must manage the adaptation and design integration independently. TechieCV's expertise and responsibilities are confined to content creation and optimization within our proprietary template or standard formatting guideline.
