Dear Notion Talent Acquisition team,
I would like to apply for the Product Manager role you have posted on your careers page. My focus these past few years has been product management, and I would be glad to bring that to your team.
Ahead of writing I read about Notion, and what stood out was your move into connected docs and the product write-ups your team keeps publishing on building with an opinionated point of view. This looks like a strong time to join, and I would gladly put my product management experience to work there.
Reading the posting, the three needs that stand out most are product strategy and roadmap, discovery and user research and execution and cross-functional delivery. Those decide whether a product hire works out, and I have real results behind each.
On product strategy and roadmap, my daily tools are roadmapping, prioritization and OKRs. As a Product Manager at Spotify, I handled owning the roadmap for a checkout product that grew revenue 25 percent. Beyond that, I reframed a vague ask into a shipped bet that moved activation.
For discovery and user research, I rely on user interviews, analytics and A/B testing. During my time as a Product Manager at Spotify, I took on running the discovery and interviews that killed two features before we built them.
On execution and cross-functional delivery, I bring PRDs, stakeholder alignment and delivery. Working as a Product Manager at Spotify, I owned driving a cross-functional launch across design, engineering and data. Beyond that, I raised trial-to-paid conversion by 18 percent with a pricing experiment.
I would be glad to walk through this in an interview and show why I fit. I am ready to set a clear product direction and drive the launches that move your numbers, and to grow with the team.
I would be glad to find a time to talk.
Yours sincerely,
